The Three-Step Practice
Every Zardova ritual moves through the same rhythm. Here's exactly how to move through each step.
The Practice
How to Prepare
Dispense: Pour a quarter-sized amount of dust into damp hands.
Inhale: Bring your hands to your face and take one deep, deliberate breath of the raw sandalwood. Acknowledge the transition from the noise of the day.
Slough: Massage into the skin in slow, upward circles. Let the physical friction ground your thoughts.
Release: Rinse away with tepid water, visualizing the stress of the city washing down the drain.
The Practice
How to Activate
Warm: Pour 3–4 drops of the ritual oil into your palms and rub together until warm.
Awaken: Cup your hands over your nose and mouth, inhaling deeply as the botanical vapors rise.
Apply: Press — don't rub — the oil into damp skin, working outward from the center of the face.
Seal: Allow sixty seconds for full absorption before layering anything else.
The Practice
How to Connect
Ground: Press both palms gently into your cheeks and hold for a slow count of four.
Inhale: Breathe in through the nose for four seconds, letting the final botanical notes settle.
Still: Close your eyes and hold for one full breath cycle, sensing the product settle into skin.
Emerge: Open your eyes slowly, returning to the room renewed rather than rushed.
